1. Returns Policy

At Natural Farming SPK, we want our customers to be satisfied with our products.

You may request a return or replacement only if the product is damaged (nosto) at the time of delivery.

2. Damaged Product (নষ্ট পণ্য)

If you receive a damaged product, you must:

  • Take clear pictures of the damaged product

  • Send the pictures to our WhatsApp number

⚠️ The photo must be sent within 24 hours of delivery

3. Return Conditions

We accept returns only if:

  • The product is physically damaged

  • Proof (photo) is provided

  • Request is made within 24 hours

We do not accept returns if:

  • You change your mind

  • Product is used or opened (if not damaged)

  • Request is made after 24 hours

4. Refund Policy

After verification of the damaged product:

  • You may receive a replacement product, OR

  • A full refund (if replacement is not available)

Refund will be processed within 3–7 working days

5. Return Process

Steps to follow:

  1. Take a clear picture of the damaged product

  2. Send it via WhatsApp

  3. Wait for confirmation from our team

  4. Follow instructions for return/replacement
